Roofing has changed dramatically in the last 25 years. For example, homeowners would call for an estimate and select between two or three contractors. Since that time, storms have taken over residential roofing including how they are put on.
Property insurance premiums have at least tripled which means that often, sometimes annually, most home owners have paid premium increases for a new roof. This has changed the dynamics and operations of contractors and homeowners alike.

Regal does not need to storm chase for business, but rather, relies on advertising of services and most importantly from quality referrals from our customers and friends. We have a limited number of opportunities for homeowner requested services.

With proper scheduling we are able to provide quality services with minimal disruptions to our customers. We would rather maintain our quality than achieve high quantity of projects. Overquantifying work always leads to trouble!
